Help After Harvey: We're Here for You

Over the weekend, Hurricane Harvey devastated the Texas coastal region with torrential flooding. Thousands of people have been displaced, including some of our own customers and Associates. We recognize and understand you have more important things to worry about in the weeks to come. As you take care of each other, we're here to take care of you.

Along with the Stream's $25,000 donation to the American Red Cross, 

Stream is supporting 127,000 customers in the affected areas by telling them not to worry about upcoming due dates for now. We are waiving all late fees on Stream Energy invoices generated between August 29 and September 29. Additionally, Stream Wireless customers in those regions will have any late fees from this billing period credited back to their accounts.

If you're unable to make a payment on time, we understand. There will be no disconnections and no extra money owed. Just time to heal and focus on what matters.

Stream's Associate community is also coming together to support their fellow Streamers in need. A crowdfunding campaign was launched to provide aid to Associates in the impacted region, and Stream has pledged to match donations up to $25,000. You can learn more about this project or donate here.
